ECT was originally established in 1979 to provide transport for older and disabled people in Ealing. Over the years, ECT has become an award winning and highly successful Community Transport organisation with unrivalled expertise and a committement to high quality services.
We operate a wide range of community transport services including our award winning model of demand responsive transport services, Group Transport, Driver Training and Advice services.
Our services are operated from 4 depots across England whilst our focus always remains very much on the local communities we serve.

We operate from a depot in Ellesmere Port, and our main operation is the award winning PlusBus service. We were delighted to win “Urban Community Transport Operator of the Year” in 2008, and our local team is still focused on offering an excellent service!Our PlusBus service is available to individuals who can’t use the main local bus service, and is a great way of getting out and about locally.
Our Day Trips, which were launched in 2010, offer the chance to visit destinations further afield.
We’re now able to offer Group Transport journeys in Cheshire, so that not-for-profit organisations (maybe schools, social groups at residential homes, churches, and the like) can book a minibus with driver for their own exclusive us
